At Floral Fringe, we believe beautiful things are worth the wait and deserve to be delivered with care. Here is a guide to the journey your order will take from our hands to your doorstep.
On Shipping Costs
We are pleased to provide Standard Journey support for orders shipping within the contiguous United States when your order total reaches $49 or more, meaning no additional charge for this part of the trip.
For destinations outside the U.S., complimentary support may also be available when the order value meets the required threshold. This will be clearly indicated to you at the final step before payment completion.
Before Departure: Order Processing
After we receive your order confirmation, our studio will carefully prepare and dispatch your package within 1-3 business days.
Please note our studio schedule:

We prepare packages Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin their processing journey on the next business day.
Once your package leaves us and officially embarks on its journey, an email with departure notification will be sent to you.
Estimated Journey Duration
The arrival time depends on the destination and the journey mode you selected:

The Standard Journey: Approximately 10-20 business days.

The Expedited Journey: Approximately 7-10 business days.
Please understand that journey times are estimates. They may vary due to customs review, carrier schedules, or other logistical factors beyond our daily control.
Journey Limitations
Currently, our carriers cannot complete delivery to the following addresses:

P.O. Boxes
-
APO/FPO addresses

Package forwarding service addresses

Following Your Package's Path
Once your package is on its way, the shipping confirmation email you receive will include:

Your unique tracking number

A direct link to the carrier's tracking page
This allows you to follow its path in real-time and receive updates on its progress.
Using a Journey Pass (Discount Code)
If you have a promotional Journey Pass (discount code), you can enter it during checkout before finalizing your order.
After entering the code, select “Apply” to update the order total. Please note:

Most passes are valid for a single use per order.

Passes generally cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.
Support for Interrupted Journeys
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure a smooth journey, unforeseen events like severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions can occasionally occur.
If your tracking shows unusual delays or if your package seems to have lost its way, please reach out to us at support@floralfringe.com. Our support team will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the situation.
