Shipping & Delivery 

Free Shipping

Floral Fringe is pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States when the order total reaches $100 or more.

Some international destinations may also be eligible for complimentary shipping when the order value meets the required threshold. The availability of free shipping will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared and sent out within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day

  • Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, a shipment confirmation will be sent to your email


Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

Standard Shipping
Approximately 10–20 business days

Express Shipping
Approximately 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other logistical factors.


Shipping Limitations

At this time, we are unable to deliver orders to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • Package forwarding services

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page

This allows you to follow the journey of your package and stay updated on its delivery status.


Using Discount Codes

If you have a promotional or discount code, you can enter it during the checkout process before completing your order.

After entering the code, select Apply to update the order total. Please note:

  • Most discount codes can only be used once per order

  • Promotions cannot typically be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery, unforeseen situations may occasionally occur, such as:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier service disruptions
